If you have received your order and have simply changed your mind about purchasing this then you may return the product(s) to us for a refund.
The return costs are to be covered by the customer.
The product(s) need to be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that while the product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the product(s) are kept safe and secure.
If we receive your return in a used condition we have the right to refuse the parcel or deduct a percentage from your return.
Provide us with your order number, name, address and product(s) you wish to return.
You will then be provided with a returns number to include on the returns address.
